In-App Deletion (Instant):
You can delete your account immediately within the DOOCAL app by going to Profile → Delete Account.
How to Request Account Deletion Online
If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to request deletion via the web, you can submit an account deletion request directly to our privacy and support team.
- Send an email to doocalindia@gmail.com with the subject line
"Account Deletion Request - DOOCAL".
- Include the registered mobile phone number associated with your account.
- Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.
What happens when your account is deleted:
- Your personal profile (name, phone number, address, location) will be permanently deleted.
- For Customers: Any active or historical product requests will be cancelled and anonymized.
- For Vendors: Your storefront listing, catalog items, and responses will be permanently removed.
- All device push notification tokens and authentication sessions will be revoked.
Data Retention Policy
We only retain transactional logs required by applicable local law or financial compliance regulations for up to 90 days, after which all remaining records are purged.
